What we store

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us and use it for one thing: telling you about Pickwize.

If you create an account, we store your name, your email address, and your sign-in credentials. As you use Pickwize, we also store the things you make: your chats with the shopping assistant, the products you save to wishlists, and the photos you upload for virtual try-on.

Your try-on photos stay private

Photos you upload for virtual try-on are visible only to you. We keep them so the feature works, and only until you delete them. When you delete a photo, it is removed from our storage.

What we never do

We do not trade or monetize your data. We do not share your photos, chats, or shopping history with advertisers or data brokers.

Payments

When you buy a paid plan, checkout and payment are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Paddle and never touch our servers. We store only which plan you are on and whether your subscription is active.

Deleting your data

You can delete your try-on photos and wishlist items inside the app at any time. If you want your whole account gone, ask us and we will remove it.
