14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan is not what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms, no justification needed.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer partial refunds for time left in a billing period after the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email support@pickwize.app from the address on your account and mention the email you signed up with. We answer within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Our checkout and billing run on Paddle, our merchant of record. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and refunds are issued through them, which can take a few business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
